Role at Corvair

Andrew leads Pre-sales Engineering at Corvair. He owns solution architecture, technical discovery, and engagement scoping for regulated financial institutions and enterprise clients considering Corvair's AI governance, advisory, and platform services. His mandate is to make sure every proposal lands on an architecture that is deliverable, measurable, and grounded in the reality of the client's existing data and application estate.

Andrew combines deep experience in enterprise application delivery with a practitioner's view of data warehousing, BI, and cloud platforms. He partners with Corvair's advisory and customer success teams to translate senior stakeholder conversations into defensible technical plans, and he mentors field teams on competitive positioning, integration strategy, and secure delivery in regulated environments.

Background

Andrew has spent more than 25 years delivering enterprise-scale application development, integration, and data-driven solutions across public sector, financial services, telecommunications, and federal programs. He has built and led global software engineering teams combining offshore and on-site resources to deliver scalable systems on time and within budget, and has designed secure system integrations across Oracle E-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, and custom-built platforms.

Andrew founded Infosemantics Inc. in 2010 and built its data analytics practice, serving public sector and Fortune 500 clients, until the company was acquired by Cherry Road Technologies. He remained with Cherry Road following the transaction and has continued to lead the data analytics practice there, growing it into a globally delivered business across enterprise applications, data warehousing, and BI. Earlier, as Director of Enterprise Data Warehouse at MasTec Inc., he led enterprise-wide data warehouse initiatives supporting 200+ end-users across multiple business units, migrating legacy reporting systems to OBIEE and reporting directly to the CIO on ROI and delivery roadmaps.

From 2004 to 2007 Andrew served as Manager of Training and Project Manager at Teradata Corporation, where he oversaw the global training organization for data warehouse solutions and project-managed enterprise data warehouse implementations for international clients. His earlier career included senior project management roles at Professional Consulting Services and New Horizons, delivering multimillion-dollar IT implementations, enterprise integrations, and software delivery systems for Fortune 500, government, and healthcare clients.

Selected Engagements

At a major telecommunications client, Andrew served as Program Manager for an OBIEE and BI Apps rollout, integrating financial and operational data sources and leading cross-border delivery teams. For a global bank he directed development of a worldwide financial data warehouse on OBIEE and Teradata, enabling standardized global reporting across the institution.

In the federal space, Andrew led a US Air Force data warehouse initiative on Teradata under security clearance, delivering ERP-integrated reporting for finance, and delivered a Cognos-based audit and compliance reporting system for the Drug Enforcement Administration. At MasTec he managed development teams creating new applications, reports, and dashboards across a $2B specialty contractor's operations, and led the migration from legacy reporting to a consolidated OBIEE platform.

Across his career Andrew has aligned business and IT strategies, driven operational efficiencies, and ensured compliance through disciplined project and resource management, leading both in-house and consulting teams to deliver mission-critical systems in regulated environments.
