He has established a reputation for recovery work, turning around troubled programs and delivering complex IT and data integration projects ahead of schedule. Over the decades he has held senior leadership positions including Senior Director, Principal Consultant, and Senior Big Data Consultant, and has worked across hospitality, automotive, manufacturing, banking, telecommunications, healthcare, government, energy, retail, and airlines.
His roles have consistently combined technical architecture, governance, and solution delivery with executive-level consulting, mentoring, and team leadership. Responsibilities have ranged from architecting petabyte-scale data ecosystems and cloud-native solutions to leading data governance programs, risk management assessments, and advanced analytics initiatives. He has directed high-performance teams, managed multimillion-dollar programs, and advised C-level executives, while staying close enough to the technology to write code and shape design decisions on modern cloud and web stacks.
