Corvair.ai ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you visit our website (corvair.ai), use the Corvair Research Platform (research.corvair.ai), or interact with us. Our practices are guided by the core principles of reputable data protection frameworks such as the NIST Privacy Framework.
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you fill out a form on our website, such as our "Schedule a Briefing" or "Contact Us" forms. This may include:
When you participate in our research assessments at research.corvair.ai, we collect:
Research participation is entirely voluntary. You may take assessments without creating an account. Anonymous participants receive the same instant results as identified participants. You choose whether to contribute your anonymized responses to the research dataset or use the assessment for personal use only.
For details on our research methodology, see our Research Methodology page.
We use essential cookies, local storage, and service workers to improve your website and application experience. See our "Cookies and Tracking" section below for details.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third parties for their marketing purposes.
Research Data: Aggregate, anonymized research findings may be published on our website, in reports, and in our companion book. Individual responses are never identifiable in published data. We report distributions, averages, and patterns, not individual records.
Team Features: If you join a team and opt in to visibility, your archetype name and selected scores may be visible to other team members. You control which studies are shared via per-study visibility toggles. No data is shared without your explicit opt-in.
We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as our email provider (Mailgun), authentication provider (Firebase/Google), and cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud). These service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
To exercise these rights, use the in-app controls or contact us at privacy@corvair.ai.
We implement reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Assessment data is stored in encrypted databases on Google Cloud Platform. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication with industry-standard security practices. However, no internet transmission is ever fully secure, so you should take care in deciding what information you provide.
Assessment responses and results are retained for as long as your account exists or until you request deletion. Anonymous session data may be retained in aggregate form for research purposes even after the session expires. You can delete your individual data at any time through the research app's profile settings.
Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ. Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform with servers primarily in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience:
Your Cookie Choices:
Certain features of the research platform use generative AI (Google Gemini) to produce personalized interpretations and action recommendations based on your assessment results. AI-generated content is clearly labeled. Your assessment responses may be sent to the AI service for processing but are not stored by the AI provider or used to train AI models. The AI processes your data only to generate your personalized results.
Our services are designed for knowledge workers and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at privacy@corvair.ai.
