All three studies share a common set of demographic questions collected once per participant. These take 30 to 75 seconds. Everything is collected anonymously unless you choose to share your contact information.

Why we collect this: Demographics enable us to segment findings by industry, role, organization size, and geography. Without them, we can only report overall distributions. With them, we can tell you how your profile compares to others in your industry and at your level. Several fields adapt automatically based on your work status: organization size includes "Not applicable" for students, role level is hidden for non-employed respondents, and primary function relabels as "Field of study" for students.
