UC22: Close Task Orchestration & Status Tracking

The Problem

Close managers track 200 to 500 close tasks across AP, AR, GL, tax, and other teams via spreadsheets, emails, and status meetings. Tasks have dependencies (GL close depends on AP/AR reconciliation completion), but spreadsheet tracking provides no visibility into blockers. Tasks slip, close timelines extend, and finance leadership lacks visibility into progress.

Maintains close task inventory (checklist) with task owner, due date, and dependencies
Monitors task completion status:
