The Problem

New customer setup requires collecting tax IDs (federal EIN, state tax IDs), business registry validation, trade references, credit applications, and bank details. What the Agent Does

Receives new customer request from sales portal or CRM
Automatically sends customer onboarding package with required documents checklist:
Tax form (W-9 for US, W-8BEN for foreign, local equivalents)
Business registration certificate or articles of incorporation
Trade references (3 to 5 prior vendors)
Bank account information (for EFT payments)
