The concepts shared across frames.

Different frameworks ask the same underlying questions in different words. A concept is that underlying idea: Customer, Risk, Evidence, Time, and more. Mapping every aspect to a concept is what lets a topic carry from one frame to another, and shows where frames overlap and where each is distinctive.

A concept that recurs across many frames is a natural pivot: ask a topic about Customer once and every frame that uses it can show its answer. The count on each card is how many of the 54 frames draw on that concept.
