The rest of the deliverable set generated in the app, including the scoring rubric and executive summary, is internal and is not published here. The five newer frames will gain their first deliverables, and frames without templates yet are listed at the foot of the page.

How a deliverable is produced. In the app, a framed view in the Canvas opens a Produce a deliverable picker with two groups: analytical reports tied to the frame, and generally applicable ones. Generating runs an async job that populates the document, applies the rubric, and writes the executive summary, then optionally seals a warrant. The result opens in a popup viewer, exportable in five formats, carrying the warrant by id. One generally applicable deliverable is the coverage report, which reports on the base itself.
