The library is growing. Every template now carries an outline, a guideline, and a scoring rubric with source-grounding dimensions. These documents are shown here for reference and explanation only; they are internal and not available for download, and the five proposed frames will gain their first deliverables. Frames without templates yet are listed at the foot of the page.

How a deliverable is produced. In the app, a framed view in the Canvas opens a Produce a deliverable picker with two groups: analytical reports tied to the frame, and generally applicable ones. Generating runs an async job that populates the document, applies the rubric, and writes the executive summary, then optionally seals a warrant. The result opens in a popup viewer, exportable in five formats, carrying the warrant by id. One generally applicable deliverable is the coverage report, which reports on the base itself.
