Fractional AI Governance Advisor

What It Is

A monthly retainer engagement providing ongoing AI governance advisory support. Ideal for institutions that have completed the Readiness Assessment and/or Framework Design and need sustained expert guidance through implementation. All nine AIRG domains covered on an as-needed basis driven by the institution's implementation roadmap.

What's Included

Monthly Governance Review (half-day) — Review AI inventory updates, new use case approvals, materiality assessments, incident reviews.
Policy and Process Review — On-call review of AI governance documents, testing plans, vendor assessments as they're developed.
Board/Committee Preparation — Support preparing materials for AI risk committee meetings, board presentations on AI risk posture.
MAS Engagement Preparation — Help prepare for MAS inspections, thematic reviews, or queries related to AI governance.
Ad Hoc Advisory — Up to 2 days per month of responsive advisory on emerging issues (new AI deployments, incidents, vendor changes, regulatory updates).

How It's Different

The retainer provides ongoing access to Corvair's patent-backed assessment frameworks. As the institution encounters new AI use cases — particularly agentic AI deployments — the advisor applies Corvair's governance, reasoning validity, and auditable decision-making frameworks to evaluate risk and design controls in real-time, not retroactively. Six Sigma measurement is applied continuously: data sigma and process sigma are tracked, with degradation triggering review.
