UC37: KPI Dashboard Auto-Commentary

The Problem

Dashboards display numbers (revenue, margin, headcount, customer metrics) but not context. Management sees "Revenue $100M, down 3% YoY" but no explanation of drivers. Finance teams manually write commentary for each metric: "Revenue down 3% due to (a) North America -5% from lost customer A, (b) EMEA +2% from new enterprise contract, (c) APAC flat vs. last year." Producing monthly dashboard narratives consumes 10 to 15 FTE hours and is often delayed until after the close. Without automated commentary, executives lack context for rapid decision-making.

What the Agent Does

Ingests dashboard data feeds:
Current period and prior-period KPI data (revenue, margin, headcount, customer metrics, operational KPIs)
