arrow_backFor manufacturers How it works

Use it from your AI assistant.

Can I see what my workers are doing, and decide what is waiting for me, from the assistant I already use?

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Grok and other assistants to CVW with one sign-in. See status, decide requests, add work and instruct Sage from the assistant you already use. The assistant can never do more than your own login allows.

The Northcott example and the product screens are designs with made-up data.
A Northcott example

Sam asks his assistant what is waiting for him.

Morgan has promised Maria Delgado at Brightline an answer on her price by 14:00. Sam Ortega, Northcott's inside sales lead, is between meetings with his AI assistant open.

Connecting

One address. One sign-in with your CVW login.

Your assistant adds CVW as a connector at one address. The first time it calls CVW, CVW's sign-in page opens. You sign in with your CVW login and approve the scopes.

Add the connectorOne address, the same for every assistant.
→
Sign inWith your own CVW login, on CVW's sign-in page.
→
Approve the scopesRead, write and control.
→
AskIn your own words, from the assistant you already use.

The assistant can never do more than your own login allows. If your login cannot decide a price exception in CVW, your assistant cannot decide it either.

Scopes

Read, write and control.

You approve the scopes when you sign in. Each one is limited again by your own login.

visibility

Read

See status, workers, queues, conversations, accounts, scorecards, value and health.

edit_note

Write

Add work, decide requests, answer flags, chat with workers, instruct Sage, and accept or reject lessons.

toggle_on

Control

Switch workers on and off, change between assisted and automated mode, set how many clones a worker runs, and pause a clone.

front_hand
The stop switch has a safeguard. Pressing it from an assistant needs an administrator login and a two-step preview and confirm. Sage never presses it: a person does.
What it can do

Tools in ten groups.

After you sign in, your assistant sees these tools. It can use the ones your scopes and your login allow.

GroupWhat your assistant can do
StatusSee the status strip, all workers or one worker, its clones, the queues and the health of services.
Waiting for meList the items waiting for you, decide a request and answer a flag.
SageAsk Sage a question, give her an instruction she carries out within your delegation, read the morning brief, and read what Sage did.
WorkAdd an item, a list or a schedule; stop an item or reassign it.
WorkersChat with a worker, add a note, switch it on or off, set its mode, set its clones and pause a clone.
ConversationsList conversations with filters, and read one with its transcript, mood, scores and sources.
ImproveRead and decide lessons, run a batch review, read its top issues and run a test.
ReportsList the report types, ask Sage for a report, and read or download a stored report.
AccountsSearch accounts, and read an account's profile, objectives and open items.
Scorecards and valueRead a worker's scorecard for a time window, value for a period, and key events.
Two ways to work

Through Sage, or directly.

Both ways use the same scopes and the same login.

Through Sage

  • Your assistant passes your words to Sage, for example "Sage, approve Maria's price at 228".
  • Sage acts inside CVW and reports back.
  • She does only what you can do, within the delegation you set: for each group of actions, when asked, after confirming with you, or never.
  • Everything she does is recorded as done by Sage for you.

Directly

  • Your assistant uses the tools itself and makes the judgements.
  • It reads status, conversations, accounts and scorecards, and acts through the write and control tools your scopes allow.
  • Your answer to a request is recorded against the request, the same as an answer given in CVW, by email, or in Slack or Teams.
Supported assistants

The assistants your people already use.

CVW works with any assistant that supports remote MCP with sign-in. MCP is the open standard many assistants use to connect to other software.

  • Claude: web, desktop, Cowork, mobile and Claude Code.
  • ChatGPT and Codex.
  • Grok: chat, Grok Build and Grok Bot.
  • Meta Muse, OpenClaw and Hermes Agent.
  • Any other assistant that supports remote MCP with sign-in.

Each assistant has its own setup guide, marked tested or not yet tested. See the screen →
The skill and webhooks

Help for your assistant, and notices for your bots.

school

The free CVW skill

A free download that teaches an assistant how to use CVW well: ask Sage first, confirm before control actions, and read scorecards by time window. It uses the open Agent Skills format.

webhook

Webhooks for bots

Key events, such as a flag raised, a decision waiting or a worker unhealthy, can be pushed to a webhook. A bot such as a Slack bot or Grok Bot can then react without asking CVW again and again.

Next step

Bring the questions your team asks every day.

Tell us which assistants your people use and what they would ask first. A pilot with your team shows which are ready for your work.
