Worker 01 · First release

The inside sales rep who never forgets a conversation.

Voice first. Multilingual. Methodology driven. Measurable.

Inside sales representatives typically spend under thirty five percent of their time actually selling. The rest goes to research, data entry, scheduling and chasing referrals through hierarchies. The Corvair ISR is a virtual worker that takes the mechanics, holds the discipline, and hands your team the part that needs a human: a qualified meeting with the right person, and a written record of everything learned getting there.

Why this role first

We started with the hardest case we could find.

The inside sales representative is voice first and real time, works in many languages, operates under telecoms and data protection law in several jurisdictions at once, faces sophisticated counterparties who will not tolerate a script, and produces an outcome the business can measure. A runtime that carries this role carries almost anything.

bolt

Real time voice

Sub second responses, barge-in handling, and a worker that resumes a sentence when interrupted rather than starting again.

translate

Sixteen languages

Detected and followed mid conversation, with correct gendered grammar and a disclosure authored per language rather than translated.

gavel

Regulated

Registry checks before dial, injected AI disclosure, consent ledger and calling windows, applied per jurisdiction automatically.

Measurable

A meeting booked with a named person is unambiguous. There is nowhere for a vague result to hide.

How it works a call

It pursues a ladder, not a script.

The ISR is given an ordered sequence where each rung is a materially different outcome, and a lower rung may only be attempted once the higher one is genuinely closed off. This is the behaviour that separates it from a dialler with a language model attached.

1
A meeting with the decision makerThe first substantive ask on every call, before any other meeting is discussed. It works through the contact or their assistant to reach the right calendar.
2
An alternate executive or their direct reportOnly once the first is declined, unavailable or redirected. It agrees a day and time first, then asks once whether the original might still join, never bundling the two.
3
A follow up with your account teamIf nobody suitable can meet inside the window, it secures a session with your local team within thirty days.
4
An agreed callbackA distant fourth. A tentative meeting beats a callback, and a callback beats nothing.
shield
It will not inflate a result. A contact saying the executive "might join" is recorded as the lower rung achieved plus an upgrade in play, never as the higher rung claimed. If a day and time were not explicit, the outcome is tentative and the worker secures a confirmation path before ending the call. Your pipeline reflects what actually happened.
Beyond the meeting

Every conversation is an intelligence event.

Standing objectives run alongside the ladder, captured opportunistically where the conversation allows and never worked as a checklist. This is the difference between a booking service and an asset that compounds.

A worker can book the meeting and still walk past three pieces of intelligence. Over a portfolio, that is the whole difference between an appointment setter and an account intelligence capability.

Pre-procurement detection

The most valuable deals are won before they become formal projects. By the time a request for proposal is published, the requirements have been shaped and the field is already tilted.

The ISR listens for the early signal: a planning mention, a budget discussion, a pilot, a leadership directive. When it detects a nascent initiative it flags it, asks who is leading and who is writing the specification, and your team decides whether to engage while there is still something to influence.

Your file is a hypothesis

The worker treats account intelligence as something to be tested rather than recited. It references what you know naturally and invites correction, because a correction is a win.

When something it captures contradicts a prior assumption, the discrepancy is flagged, the record updated, the confidence adjusted and the change surfaced to your team. That is what stops a stale assumption from quietly driving strategy for a quarter.

What it actually does between nine and six.

Fit

Where this works, and where it does not.

We would rather you self select out early than discover a mismatch in month three.

check_circle A good fit when

  • Deals involve several stakeholders and the first person you reach is rarely the decider
  • The sales cycle is long enough that account intelligence compounds
  • Your team sells across markets and languages, and coverage is uneven
  • You already have a CRM and a methodology, and the gap is execution rather than process
  • You care about what happened in a conversation, not just that it happened

cancel Not the right tool when

  • You want volume dialling at the lowest possible cost per attempt
  • The sale is transactional and single threaded, closing in one call
  • You need a list building tool rather than a conversation capability
  • There is no system of record to write back into, and no appetite to establish one
  • Your market prohibits AI initiated contact outright, in which case we will tell you

Voice, chat and agent versus agent

Take the call yourself. Push back, change your mind, hand it a wrong name. The behaviours worth judging are the ones that only show up under pressure.

Get started

Six minutes is usually enough to decide.

Watch it navigate a referral chain, refuse to book through someone whose identity is unresolved, take a correction gracefully, and close with a structured record on screen. That sequence is the entire product argument.
