A Language for the Kinetic Organization

The book names two kinds of enterprise. A static organization is the one most of us work in: knowledge sits in heads and documents, reasoning is invisible, and every piece of work has to be pushed past friction. A Kinetic Organization is designed for motion: Roles carry curated judgment, apprentices carry the work, and pressure makes it faster instead of slower.
